Placing Your Order and Payment

Thank you for wanting to place an order from my site
Please make sure you have added any personalisation where required.Please also be aware it is the customers responsibility to make sure all spelling is correct.
I accept payment by PayPal and Amazon Pay.
You can use a debit or credit card to pay by paypal and do not need to have an account with them.
Amazon pay uses your amazon account to make payment.
Amazon can set up an account for you at the time of purchase should you not already have one.
Amazon and paypal take payment security and customer trust seriously.
With both of these payment options you are covered by their guarantees.
I also never see any of your card or account details.

Postage and Delivery

All goods on the site are free postage.
In most cases this is by 1st class royal mail which is a 1-2 day service.
Orders over £40.00 are sent signed for 48 hour parcel force.
Current dispatch times are shown on the home page and will be updated here .
Dispatch times at the moment are 2 days from order payment.
Sorry I can not do a next day service.
Please order date sensitive items at least 7 days before the occasion to guarantee delivery in time. 

Returns & Customer Care

I would like all of my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.
Personalised item are exempt under distant selling regulations for return purposes.
However I understand it can be very difficult to see the quality of the item until after purchase.I am completely confident in the quality of my products so will therefore accept returns of personalised items as well as complying with all other distant selling regulations.

You have 30 days to return your purchases for a refund.

In all cases please send me a return request stating your reasons for the return before returning.This is because I might be able to correct a problem without the item being returned.

Personalisd item return policy


Items that have been damaged in transit or are incorrect on receipt will receive a full refund including return postage costs.
This includes incorrect personalisation due to my error but not customer error.


Personalised item that are returned due to customer personalisation errors or change of mind will be refunded but customer will be responsible for all return costs .

None personalised item return policy

Please return your purchase within 30 days of receipt.
Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded in full including return postage.

Returns for any other reason will be given a full refund of the purchase price only and return costs will be the customers responsibility.
